Refund Policy
We strive to make the return process as seamless as possible to ensure your satisfaction with our products.
Eligibility & Potential Fees
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date you received your items in the same order, with the return package mailed out within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.
All items must be unworn, in their original condition, with the original packaging and all tags attached. Hygiene stickers (if any) must remain intact. Items that appear washed or altered will not qualify for a refund. The original shipping fee is generally non-refundable, except in cases of quality issues or problems with the order, where we will cover the return shipping.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please send a request email to support@lovefery.com, briefly stating the reason. We will respond within 6 hours with detailed return instructions. Note that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Shipping the Item(s) Back
Contact us to initiate a return request, and we will provide detailed return instructions within 6 hours. Pack the items in their original packaging, include a slip with the order number, and use a shipping method with a tracking number. Inform us of the tracking number, and we will follow up upon receiving the package at our facilities.
Refund Process
After processing your return request and receiving the item(s), expect up to 7 days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, contact us at support@lovefery.com to initiate a request. We will provide detailed instructions within 24 hours.
Items Not Accepted for Return
Certain items are not eligible for return, including swimwear, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, items with broken hygiene seals, final sale items, and custom-made items. Contact us for clarification on specific items.
Additional Information
Ensure holiday-related items are purchased at least 20 days before the holiday to account for shipping delays. Do not send return packages to the sender's address; use the address on the provided shipping label. We are not responsible for non-lovefery items included in return packages.
Express shipping fees cannot be refunded for personal reasons, and we do not refund holiday-related items due to late arrival. Order cancellations are only possible before the package is sent from our warehouse.
For size discrepancies, our sizing is based on US standards. Different production locations may result in size variations, but we will uniformly convert sizes to the US standard.
